Sewer Equipment, located in Dixon, IL, has been manufacturing the industry’s highest quality sewer cleaning and vacuum excavation equipment for over 80 years. Home of the Sewer Equipment Co. of America, Ramvac, Mongoose Jetters, and Cappellotto brands, Sewer Equipment serves municipal, contractor, utility, and plumbing industries with simple, safe, and reliable solutions. Most recently, Sewer Equipment added to our “Every Demo We Donate” campaign with a new unit in honor of Homes for Our Troops.
In May of 2023, the company launched the campaign: “Every Demo We Donate.” The first unit was a Sewer Equipment Co. of America Model 900 ECO combination sewer cleaner in honor of breast cancer awareness. The second unit was a Ramvac HX-12 supporting Dixon’s local Habitat for Humanity chapter. The campaign has been a great success, and they are proud to continue this campaign, announcing their newest release, a second Model 900 ECO, designated to support Homes For Our Troops (HFOT).
As a third-generation, family-owned business, giving back is part of their culture. The company continues to find new ways to support the community and broader associations.
Founded in 2004, Homes For Our Troops (HFOT) builds and donates specially adapted, custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans, enabling them to rebuild their lives. HFOT has built and donated over 380 specially adapted, custom homes, with another 76 projects in various stages of construction nationwide. HFOT builds these homes where the Veteran chooses to live and continues its relationship with the Veterans after home delivery.
Through Sewer Equipment’s “Every Demo We Donate” campaign, every demonstration of the Model 900 ECO combination sewer cleaner truck generates a donation to Homes For Our Troops.
