Sewer Equipment Goes Pink: Joining the Fight Against Breast Cancer
We proudly introduce our newest demonstration (demo) truck at Sewer Equipment, a momentous addition to our lineup that helps the fight against breast cancer. As a third-generation family-owned business, Sewer Equipment’s dedication to philanthropy runs deep, and we continuously seek opportunities to support our community and broader associations.
In early May, we unveiled our latest demonstration truck with great enthusiasm. It carries a special purpose close to our hearts: raising awareness for breast cancer, which impacts everyone in one way or another. Under our “every demo, we donate” pledge, each time our Model 900 ECO combination sewer cleaner performs a demonstration, we will contribute to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. In early May, Sewer Equipment released its newest demonstration (demo) truck in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. As a third-generation family-owned business, giving back is our culture. As we continue to find ways to support our community and broader associations, we are excited for this opportunity to support the Susan G. Komen Foundation. We are committed to “every demo, we donate”. With every demonstration our Model 900 ECO combination sewer cleaner performs, we will donate to the foundation.
“In one way or another, everyone has been impacted by breast cancer at some point in their lives. Sewer Equipment is a family and it is important for us to support our employees, our local community members, and the broader world we live in.” Dan O’Brien, Owner and 3rd Generation Family Member.”
The Model 900 ECO Combination Sewer Cleaner is one of the biggest trucks in our Sewer Equipment lineup. It offers simplicity, fuel efficiency, and operator safety. The truck features a patented “Hydro Drive” powertrain system that allows the pump and blower to be powered directly from the chassis engine. The operator’s stations are designed for ease of use, with a simple switch for Work Mode and three switches for the water pump, blower, and throttle control. The truck utilizes 12-volt electrical switches, relays, and solenoids, making diagnostics and maintenance straightforward. The intentional lack of integration between the module and chassis minimizes communication issues experienced with competitor designs. Overall, the Model 900 ECO is designed to help get the job done right the first time.
