Sewer Equipment developed the initial technician program in 2013. We continued to build “tech” training classes to include all our models built by Sewer Equipment. Each technician training module is built around each specific model. We do a deep dive into each system on said models, identifying the complaint, determining what the probable causes might be of an issue of the model and giving potential cures. This program is designed to aid the technician in quicker diagnosis of issues to get to a fix more rapidly. In addition, safety for the technician is covered while operating a unit to confirm a repair has been effective.

Models available for Tech training: HX, 900, 800, 747, 400, Mongoose, AX4000, Tempest, Genesis (other models are being developed)

  • Water systems on these models will be reviewed for all possible issues that may arise
    • System restrictions
    • Water pump performance
    • External drive issues (covered in Hydraulics modules)
  • Vacuum systems (on specific models that are vacuum-based) on these models will be gone over for all possible issues that may arise
    • System restrictions
    • Blower Performance
