Outside of work, Paul enjoys cooking up gourmet meals for his family and perfecting his skills in the kitchen. As the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast Plumbing Market, Mike works closely with plumbing contractors across his 15-state territory to provide hands-on demonstrations, training, and tailored solutions using Mongoose Jetters. His expertise allows him to understand the unique needs of each customer and recommend the best equipment options to help them succeed. With a strong commitment to exceptional service and product knowledge, Mike’s goal is simple: to uphold Sewer Equipment’s reputation as the best of the best in both product quality and customer service.
Mike’s journey into the plumbing sales industry is unique—he started as a Mongoose customer! After purchasing a Mongoose 184HD Sewer Jetter, he connected with Ron Slater, whose guidance led Mike to join the Mongoose team. Before stepping into his current role, he gained extensive industry experience as a plumbing, HVAC, and drain service manager, call-center supervisor, and lead trainer for new employees. His well-rounded background makes him a valuable asset to both the Sewer Equipment team and the customers he serves.
Outside of work, Mike is a dedicated father of two smart and athletic daughters, supporting them in their many activities. When he’s not on the sidelines cheering them on, he enjoys keeping up with yard work and, when time allows, testing his skills in a poker tournament or two. His passion for helping others, commitment to excellence, and customer-first mindset make him an integral part of the Sewer Equipment team.

As the Plumbing Market Sales Manager, Brian Gilbert plays a key role in driving sales and expanding the reach of Mongoose Jetters and related equipment across the Southeast. With a focus on plumbing contractors, he works closely with customers to identify the right solutions for their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure they receive the highest level of service and support.
Brian has an extensive sales career spanning over 34 years in the plumbing industry, having worked with Bobcat of Atlanta, Sunbelt Rentals, and Harben, Inc., where he spent 17 years before joining Sewer Equipment. His deep industry knowledge and proven track record of success make him a valuable leader on the plumbing sales team.
Beyond work, Brian is an avid adventurer who enjoys snow skiing and hiking—especially deep in the woods. As a National Park Travelers Club member, he’s on a mission to explore as much of the country as possible, always making the experience even better by sharing it with his family.

As the Southeast Regional Sales Manager, James Long is dedicated to providing Mongoose Jetters and related equipment to customers while ensuring they receive top-tier service and support. With a strong focus on building relationships and delivering solutions, he helps customers find the right jetting equipment to meet their plumbing needs.
James brings over 30 years of industrial equipment sales experience, including 21 years at a Sewer Equipment dealer in the Pacific Northwest. Before officially joining the Sewer Equipment team, he spent six and a half years successfully selling Mongoose Jetters, making him an expert in the product line and its applications. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to customer success make him a valuable asset to the plumbing sales team.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family and caring for his four dogs. He also loves vacationing on cruises, taking time to relax and explore new destinations. His dedication, experience, and passion for the industry align perfectly with Sewer Equipment’s mission to provide the best solutions and service to plumbing professionals.

With certifications in hydraulics and industrial maintenance and a business degree from TEC of Monterrey, Mexico, Osy brings a strong technical and business background to his role. Outside of work, Osy is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys swimming, camping, fishing, and climbing. He also has a passion for cooking and experimenting with new recipes, bringing the same level of creativity and precision to the kitchen as he does to his work.
