The Mongoose Jetters Model 184HD sewer jetter is our best-selling sewer jetter unit. With it’s available option content that can be mounted on board that fits a wide variety of customer needs, this jetter is second to none! The 184HD stands for 18 gallons per minute at 4,000 psi water pump on our most heavy duty trailer. Powered by a 49 horsepower Kohler Tier IV turbo diesel engine, this unit has the best torque in its class, the best warranty in its class, and is the most efficient.
Antifreeze winterization system: You can winterize this unit in about 90 seconds. This unit comes with a 16 gallon antifreeze reservoir with a return to antifreeze port located at the hose reel to make it quick and easy to protect the plumbing from freezing and transition back to jetting.
Fire hydrant hose fill system:
Fire hydrant hose fill system: The 184 HD offers the quickest way to fill the 300 or optional 600 gallon water tank and comes with a garden hose adapter. You can order with a 25’ fill hose and storage rack for convenience. Also available is the garden hose fill system which has 100’ of garden hose mounted on a reel for quick deployment and easy storage.
Front opening aluminum toolbox:
Front opening aluminum toolbox: The 184HD comes with a front opening, reinforced, aluminum toolbox on the curb-side of the trailer with the ability to add a second on the road-side or upgrade to the 88” long version when ordering the 184XL-HD for extra storage.
Sewer Equipment Trademark hose reel: This jetter is equipped with a one piece hose reel. We do not bolt our hose reels together. It is thicker than any in the industry, and comes with 600’ of ½” hose and has 1000’ capacity reel and dual hose reel options too.
Best remote control in the industry: The Model 184HD sewer jetter can either be controlled at the control center or with the best remote control in the industry. This remote has a sight line of about 5/8 of a mile. This means you don’t have to worry about losing control of your jetter if you go into a basement, around the back of a house, etc. It can control pressure up/down, water jet on/off, hose reel in/out, and has an emergency stop button.
Three aluminum tanks: These are for fuel, antifreeze, and hydraulic fluid.
In addition, our water tanks are always in black, not white. Black tanks don’t let the sunlight in, so you don’t have to worry about algae growing inside the tanks.
