Celebrating the success and hard work of our employees is an integral part of our culture at Sewer Equipment. Every quarter, we recognize and reward one team member, nominated by their peers, for an act beyond the call of duty, and invite them to join the Sewer Equipment Eagles Club.
This quarter, Sewer Equipment is excited to announce the newest member of the Eagles Club: Justin White. Justin has worked for Sewer Equipment for 1.5 years as a Field Service Technician. In his current position, he is responsible for supporting customers in the field, providing on-site emergency repairs and maintenance to ensure their equipment is in good running condition. A fellow employee nominated Justin for his exceptional and courteous service, as customers would routinely call us to praise his work.
As Justin performs work for customers nationwide, his favorite part of working as a field service technician is the opportunity to travel and see new places, which he says helps him plan wonderful cross-country trips for his family. Justin’s greatest motivation is to provide quality service he can be proud of. “I like to give my customers the service that I would expect to get. I know how it is when something goes wrong on the job and how stressful it can be. So, I try to make sure every customer is happy and satisfied with the repair of every job, and know that if they ever have questions about their unit, they have someone to call and know they’re going to be in good hands.” Justin continues to go above and beyond in providing field repairs and maintenance, and Sewer Equipment is proud to have a technician like Justin working with operators across the U.S.A.
