This Proactive Sales Management training course is designed to provide dealer principals and sales managers the valuable characteristics to successfully manage their sales staff for improved performance and to help staff members that need more attention.
This Sales Management course will accomplish the following:
– Help principals and managers know when to manage and to not manage the sales staff
– Show principals and managers the difference between managing and coaching
– Motivate principals and managers to spent time with their sales staff to develop more efficient and effective sales performance
– Develop managerial and coaching skills to help growth in their sales staff
– Discovering what motivates their sales team
– Developing the skills to know when to reinforce successful behavior and when to correct behavior that doesn’t have the impact on the sales it should
– Develop sales metrics so the sales staff has the tools and thresholds for their performance
– How-to for establishing sales expectations
– Discovery of observable sales performance groups and actions to help shrink those gaps
– Self-analysis of company sales goals and understanding, then communicating company objectives and goals to the sales force
– Develop best practices for your dealership for maximum sales performance
– Recruiting sales “Stars”
The cost of the hotel is the responsibility of the trainee. Sewer Equipment will provide lunch and dinner during training days.
