Our Parts Team is an integral part of Sewer Equipment’s day-to-day operations. To let you get to know our team better, we wanted to introduce you to our team members, and share their backgrounds and (major!) contributions. We are so grateful for these awesome people, so without further ado …The Parts Team!
Meet Mark Grabowski, our Director of Aftermarket Sales & Service, who brings a wealth of expertise to our team! With a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Central Florida and a certificate in Water Technology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, Mark brings over 20 years of experience in the underground water and wastewater utility industry, encompassing a range of expertise from inspection technologies to data analytics and maintenance equipment.
Throughout his career, he’s earned multiple patents, published numerous technical papers and articles, and contributed to industry manuals. A passionate advocate for the field, Mark frequently shares his knowledge through writing, speaking, and serving on boards, including his current role with BAMI-I. His work has taken him into sewer systems in over 10 countries on four continents (spoiler alert: they all operate the same).
Based in Wisconsin, Mark spends his free time on the lake with his wife, daughter, and their two chaotic dogs, or in the garage restoring neglected watercraft and vehicles. He also serves on several local boards and commissions, staying active in his community. For Mark, throwing wrenches is a form of relaxation—and a way to stay grounded in the hands-on engineering that sparked his career.
If you need something, Reese will make sure you get it. Reese is our Parts Team Order Processing Specialist, and he excels in customer service. He has been with the team for about 4 years.
Reese joined the team with an Associate’s Degree in Business Science. In his free time, he is all about Basketball, which means March is his favorite month!
Do you have questions or need information? Rebecca is your person! She is familiar with the technical information, as well as any general questions you may have for the Parts Team. This included all company products and services; she is only a phone call or an email away.
Rebecca has been with Sewer Equipment for five and a half years and possesses extensive knowledge of the company’s products and services, including completion of the 900 ECO Model diagnostics and repair training course. She was a part of the Shipping and Receiving team for 2 years.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys camping, pontoon fishing, and hanging out with her three grandchildren. Bentley is 5, and Cole & Tucker are 3-year-old twins.
Troy is your connection to the parts that you need! He assists dealers in connecting their customers with the parts they are looking for, as well as helping customer service representatives locate the necessary information to provide their customers with the right parts. Troy has been with Sewer Equipment for nearly 7 years.
At the beginning of Troy’s career with Sewer Equipment, is started as a Mechanical Designer in the Engineering Department. He was then invited to become a Production Supervisor in the Specials Bay before joining the Parts team. In his spare time, Troy enjoys fishing, hunting, and woodworking.
Jeff is the one who knows everything that you need to know about aftermarket parts and accessories. If you need a part, he will connect you with the right one. He has been with Sewer Equipment for 6 years. Jeff has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
When Jeff has free time, you will find him strumming his guitar, his favorite pastime.
