Outside of work, Vanessa finds joy in her role as a mother to four active children, deeply involved in their sports activities. She and her husband share a passion for travel, often indulging in vacations, attending major league sporting events, and cherishing quality time with their extended family. Sabrina Silva, Inside Sales Coordinator

Sabrina Silva serves as the Inside Sales Coordinator at our company, where her attention to detail and dedication shine through in her responsibilities. With a focus on ensuring the accuracy of pricing and order processing, Sabrina plays a vital role in confirming orders with customers and dealers. She serves as a crucial liaison, transmitting all order information to our Engineering and Production departments seamlessly. Additionally, Sabrina is responsible for providing quotes to our outside sales team and ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing. In her brief yet impactful tenure of eight months with the company, Sabrina’s contributions have been invaluable. With a background in Law Enforcement and Administration, complemented by a minor in Forensic Psychology, she brings a unique perspective to her role. Outside of work, Sabrina finds joy in more adventurous pursuits, including riding dirt bikes, exploring hiking trails, and camping in the great outdoors. Her creative side also shines through in her crafting hobbies, reflecting a well-rounded and dynamic individual.

Molly Metzler, Logistics Coordinator

Molly Metzler, our accomplished Logistics Coordinator, plays a pivotal role in our team by overseeing the seamless movement of company equipment. Having joined us on September 17, 2023, Molly brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise. She embarked on her professional journey after graduating high school in 2008, and while pursuing her college education, she took on a significant role at a finance company. Through dedication and hard work, she climbed the corporate ladder, accumulating over 11 years of invaluable operations management experience. Outside the office, Molly revels in the role of a proud “boy mom” to her dynamic 14 and 7-year-old sons. The whirlwind of sports and all the delightful chaos that comes with it is a cherished aspect of her life. Additionally, Molly finds joy in the culinary arts, both in cooking and savoring delectable dishes. Her adventurous spirit extends to exploring new places, reflecting her zest for life and new experiences. Molly’s dynamic presence and wealth of experience make her a truly indispensable member of our team.

Julia Hoeller, Inside Sales Coordinator

Julia Hoeller is an integral member of the Sewer Equipment team, serving as our Inside Sales Coordinator. In her role, she works closely with our dealers, fostering strong relationships, managing and revising orders, and creating detailed reports to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Julia’s background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, giving her a strong foundation in organizational and operational strategies. She brings a combination of professionalism, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit that makes her a valuable resource for both her colleagues and our dealer network. Outside of work, Julia enjoys traveling, hiking, playing golf, and trying new experiences, which reflects her adventurous and curious personality—qualities that shine through in the energy and dedication she brings to her work every day.
