Shawn has been with Sewer Equipment for over 10 years in various positions. He began as our Production Supervisor, moved into Purchasing as a Senior Buyer with an emphasis on chassis purchasing, and most recently served as our Inside Sales Manager. Before joining Sewer, Shawn worked for over 30 years for manufacturing companies, including 10 years as a small business owner. Shawn’s experience brings tremendous value to his position as our Regional Business Manager, where he works closely with our dealer network to deliver exceptional experiences to our municipal customers. Shawn earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin- Platteville. He enjoys golf, hiking, cooking, and traveling in his free time.

Tom has been with Sewer Equipment for over twelve years and has over 20 years of experience in the underground industry. His experience understanding the science and engineering principles, researching, writing, and teaching has brought tremendous value to our customers.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In his spare time, he enjoys motorcycles, cars, traveling, and hunting.

Bob has been in equipment sales for over 18 years. Most recently, he was the General Manager of a Municipal dealership in Chicago, and we believe that experience has helped him understand the needs of customers, dealer salespeople, and dealer principals. He has a mechanical background, which allows him to understand hydraulics and how our equipment works. Additionally, Bob is a former employee of Sewer Equipment, so it’s great to welcome him back to the team.
Bob earned a degree in business management from Purdue University. His hobbies include watching his boys play baseball, attending local high school, college, and professional sporting events with his wife and children, spoiling his granddaughter, and sneaking in some golf when he can.

Shane Albert serves as Sewer Equipment’s Regional Business Manager (RBM), overseeing the North Eastern United States and Eastern Canada. In this role, he supports key dealer partners including Chadwick-BaRoss, Cyncon Equipment, U.S. Municipal, Fredrickson Supply, Jet Vac Equipment (NJ), and SNT Solutions. Shane works closely with dealers to strengthen relationships, support sales initiatives, and drive long-term growth across the region.
With more than two decades of industry experience, Shane brings deep knowledge and a well-rounded background to his position. He spent eight years with Sewer Equipment in several roles before joining Jet Vac Environmental, formerly owned by Sewer Equipment. He later served nearly four years as an Equipment Consultant with Brown Equipment Company. His extensive experience and understanding of the sewer and municipal equipment industry play an important role in supporting Sewer Equipment’s growth initiatives alongside its dealer network.
Outside of work, Shane enjoys hunting, golfing, traveling, and watching — and participating in — a variety of sports.
Sewer Equipment’s Regional Sales Team focuses on product training and strategic support of our distributors’ sales and marketing efforts. Sales support includes product knowledge training for both our distribution network and customers. Marketing efforts include lead generation, market analysis, trade shows, and advertising support.
